This weekend is all about rivalry games, and we've got some of the best in both the NFL and college football.
Georgia and Alabama meet Saturday night in Tuscaloosa with both teams undefeated, and Texas and Oklahoma play in Dallas that afternoon. On Sunday the 49ers go to Seattle, where the Seahawks ended their season in the playoffs last year.
Elsewhere, the MLB playoffs continue with the Guardians looking to save their season, and the Bills and Rams close out the NFL week Monday night.

The stakes: The last time these two played, Seattle dominated in a 41-6 win in the divisional round and went on to the Super Bowl. This is their first meeting since, and San Francisco is just 2-4 against Mike Macdonald since he took over in Seattle. Both are near the top of the conference again, the 49ers at 4-0 and the Seahawks at 3-1, and in a division that also includes the Rams, the head-to-head games often hold a lot of weight come playoff time.
What to watch for: Brock Purdy. He's been one of the best stories of the first month of the season, as he is second in MVP odds behind Josh Allen. He also has historically struggled against this defense. Against Macdonald his production has dipped significantly versus when he plays any other team.
The offense is also dealing with injuries with Kyle Juszczyk out and Mike Evans banged up. Watch whether Purdy can keep up his MVP form in what will be the first true road test for him this season against one of the league’s best defenses.
Skin in the Game: I'm taking the Seahawks -2.5 at home. The 49ers have been hot to begin the season but they’ve had a soft schedule considering the circumstances. They’ve played a jetlagged Rams team in Australia, bad Dolphins and Cardinals teams, and the Broncos who lost their best defensive player mid-game. Now they’re playing a dominant defense with a real home field advantage. I expect them to come back down to earth in a matchup they’ve struggled with. Remember this is for fun, not your rent money.
GEORGIA VS ALABAMA | SATURDAY 7:30 PM, ABC

The stakes: This game sets up to be one of the best games of the college football season so far. No. 2 Georgia and No. 6 Alabama both come into this one undefeated at 5-0. Alabama is favored at home by just a point and a half, so the sportsbooks are predicting this one to come down to the wire.
These are the two most successful programs in the SEC as they’ve won eleven of the last twelve conference championships. Georgia took the last one 28-7 but Alabama has won the last two regular season meetings. The loser here isn't out of the playoff, but the winner is close to a lock to make it in.
What to watch for: Keelon Russell against Georgia's pass rush. Russell has been one of the biggest surprises of the college football season as he was competing for the starting job to begin the year and through 5 weeks is one of the best quarterbacks in the country. If Georgia lets him sit in a clean pocket he'll pick them apart. Georgia has to get to him and contain him at the same time. Watch whether Georgia is able to make him uncomfortable as they’ll be the best defense he’s faced all year.
Also keep an eye on the weather. Tropical Storm Isaias is expected to reach the Gulf Coast late Friday or early Saturday, and heavy rain is likely in Tuscaloosa. If rain and wind become factors, both teams will lean on the run. The game is expected to go on as scheduled, but check before you tune in Saturday night.
Skin in the Game: I'm taking Georgia +1.5. The weather is probably going to matter here, and in a wet, physical game I want the more experienced and efficient team that can stay on schedule and run the football. Although Keelon Russell has been great this season he’s still a first year starter and I expect Kirby Smart to apply pressure and make him uncomfortable all game. Remember this is for fun, not your rent money.

Bills vs. Rams | Mon 8:15 PM (ABC): Los Angeles opened the year as a Super Bowl favorite and has underwhelmed at 2-2, with Matthew Stafford throwing as many interceptions as touchdowns. Buffalo is 3-1 behind Josh Allen, who leads the MVP race but is coming off a bad loss to the Patriots last week. Both teams will have something to prove coming into this matchup.
Texas vs. Oklahoma | Sat 3:30 PM (ABC): The Red River Rivalry is one of college football’s biggest rivalry events each year. Texas is ranked No. 1 but has been inconsistent this season and on the other side Oklahoma has had a disappointing year. In this rivalry series specifically we’ve seen big underdogs win outright so expect a competitive game between two teams that hate each other.
White Sox vs. Guardians | Tonight, 8:00 PM (TBS): Cleveland stayed alive last night with a 9-3 win, and José Ramírez finally broke through. Their best player struggled all series, then carried the offense. Chicago still leads the series 2-1, so it's win-or-go-home again for the Guardians tonight. The winner gets Tampa Bay, who swept the Yankees.
WNBA Semifinals | Fri 7:30 & 9:30 PM (ESPN2/Peacock): The Liberty and Aces are both down 2-0 and both play elimination games Friday. These are two of the league's most recent champions and both are one loss from going home.

White Sox vs. Guardians (Tonight, 8:00 PM, TBS): Guardians’ season on the line tonight.
